Ministry of Education has released a news regard ,Scholarships for Sri Lankan Citizens at Russian State Universities.
Applications are invited from Sri Lankan citizens for Bachelor’s, Master’s and
Postgraduate research degree programmes at the Russian State universities for the academic year 2021/22.

Those who wish to apply for the above degree programmes should register at theonline portal https: //education-in-russia.com
The deadline for the registration is 20th February 2021.
The first competitive selection will be done by the Russian Center of Science and
Cultural in Colombo (Cultural Section of the Russian Embassy) and the Second stage
implies selection of suitable candidates by the Russian Universities.
Note: After offering the scholarship it is your responsibility of ascertaining the
recognition agenesis of Sri Lanka (e.g-UGC, IESL, SLMC) as applicable
