Government Servant of Sri Lanka who got appointment after 2007 have to passed on their Second language to get promotion. So to pass this Exam you have two ways to qualify Official Language Exam.
- Apply for Written Exam, after passing the written exam Apply for Oral And Should Passed on it.
- If you Passed GCE O/L Second Language exam, You can Directly Apply for Oral Exam.
Personally I prefer the second option . You can apply for GCE O/L Closing Date 31 Aug 2020.
